Appendix A includes a cost-benefit analysis of GHG reduction measures, which are also detailed in the measures themselves. The plan is characterized by 7 overarching strategies including sustainable land use, mobility and connectivity, energy efficiency and renewable energy, waste reduction and recycling, water conservation and wastewater efficiency, climate change adaptation, and community involvement and empowerment. Within each strategy are a series of measures that define the programs, policies, and regulations the city will implement.
