Description

This policy brief is an attempt to help ensure that Kern County adequately prepares for the impacts climate change will have on the region, beyond the minimum requirements of SB 379. This effort is a cooperative approach between the County's decision-makers and community residents. It is specifically intended to help integrate critical vulnerable communities into the planning process, as they are experts of their own communities and know their needs best.
