This 2016 report addresses transportation & land Use, water, energy, public health, and ocean & coastal resources in Los Angeles County. The framework is offered as a start for regional dialogue and organizing to address the impacts of climate change. Each section contains an overview of the issue in the regional context, including its specific threats to Los Angeles, the role of regional collaboration in addressing the challenge, and existing policy landscape that governs action on the issue. The sections then identify the key goals to address climate change, the strategies within those goals, and the actions necessary to achieve success.
