Description

CERI-Climate is an interactive natural hazard and critical infrastructure visualization tool which was developed to be used by Cal OES and partner agencies in ongoing use in response planning and operations. CERI-Climate can be used to identify the exposure of state-owned and -operated emergency response infrastructure to coastal floodingand wildfire, how this exposure might change over time due to climate change, and how vulnerable different types of state infrastructure are to disruption and damage from differenttypes of hazards. The tool can be used to distinguish facilities according to risks from coastal flooding and wildfire hazards and to help agencies to target and prioritize efforts to mitigate these risks.
