The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) and the California Health and Human Services Agency (CalHHS), through the Priority Populations Taskforce, developed this Resource Guide which provides both disaster and non-disaster related information regarding federal, state, and local assistance services available in California. The Guide includes information pertaining to disaster case management, immigrant families, shelters and housing assistance, food and other basic needs, health and counciling, rebuilding and replacing lost items and property, insurance, and employment and job services. The Guide is available in both English and Spanish.
