Description

The AB 691 Report is organized based on the requirements of AB 691, which requires certain local trustees of public trust lands to prepare and submit an assessment that describes strategies to address projected sea level rise to the State Lands Commission. Chapter 2 provides the methodology for the District’s vulnerability assessment and can be used as guidance for future, site-specific assessments. Chapter 3 presents the findings of the District’s vulnerability assessment, including the required maps, potential impacts and estimated financial costs of potential SLR impacts. Chapter 4 discusses adaptation planning and strategy implementation.
