Sea level rise is identified as specific environmental issue. Other issues the report addresses are: cultural resources, air pollutants, noise conditions, biological habitats, jurisdiction and hazardous materials. The information is based on reconnaissance surveys of the site, informal discussions with regulatory staff, existing information including planning documents and environmental documents that apply to the plan area, and review of technical data sets and sources as appropriate.
