This paper examines biophysical and socioeconomic issues related to mitigation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and adaptation to climate change for agriculture in Yolo County, California. This paper provides a science‐based exploration of tools for scientists, farmers, policymakers, and the general public to better understand the adaptation and mitigation options for increasing agricultural sustainability in rural landscapes and in particular, in Yolo County.
