Description

This plan, developed the the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, seeks to protect public health, reduce GHG emissions, and bolster resiliency in the region. To fulfill state ozone planning requirements, the control strategy includes all feasible measures to reduce emissions of ozone precursors. Chapter 3 outlines the impacts of climate change in the bay area and strategies for building resilience.
